Turkish National Security Council (MGK) has apparently taken a decision on the terms of ratification of Armenia-Turkey protocols, European Integration NGO chairman Karen Bekaryan said.
“MGK’s recent session lasted 7 hours. The council has taken a decision but, certainly, has not made it public,” he said.
Mr. Bekaryan voiced an opinion that the Armenian-Turkish border will open in February 2010.
“Refusal to develop the reconciliation process will entail problems for Ankara,” he said.
